You did a very good job of documenting the best features of the site that you picked to analyze. My intention in asking what skills are needed to build the site was to allow you to apply your knowledge of what you did in building your web site and I was expecting the hear skills such as graphic design, html coding, data base design, taking pictures, interviewing users and management, page layout and so forth. Most of you responded by listing the best features of your site such as they way the site encouraged customers to establish an account as soon as possible and the best search features available on the site. Since almost everyone did this, I must conclude that the problem was in the question I asked so I if I use the Discussion again, I'll change the question.

You mentioned that knowledge of encryption as a good skill to have in building a web site. I agree. It is important to know how to obtain a security certificate and install it on your site so that your site can use the secure (https://) protocol to encrypt information going between the customer and the site.
